UPDATE: Mauro Ranallo missed Tuesday night’s SmackDown tapings due to having the flu. Ranallo did arrive backstage to the building, but the company made the decision to send him home rather than have him work the show and possibly get other peoplesick
ORIGINAL: WWE SmackDown lead announcer Mauro Ranallo was not part of Tuesday night’s WWE SmackDown tapings. Jerry Lawler, Michael Cole and Byron Saxton served as the commentary team Tuesday night. Ranallo may have been off to attend Kevin Randleman’s funeral.
